I kicked the sauce the last week of Dec 2015 and am still going strong. Headaches went away after 9 days. Sleeplessness went away after the first week. Temporary depression is gone. Bloat is gone. Eye puffiness has greatly lessened. Brains are firing faster. Sugar cravings are still going strong though. Best of luck…

If you watched the follow up, one of the guys fell back into his old eating habits as well as quit exercise which resulted in him gaining all the weight back ...due to a personal relationship problem if I am remembering right.
