Whatever gets you up and moving and keeps you interested. I work out from home and have built up my home gym starting with only a few kettle bells, to having my own squat rack and bench press. But some people are more motivated being around others at the gym who are driven. Whatever works!!

You certainly have dealt with some difficult challenges!! But I am glad that ultimately you did not give up. Best of luck on your second surgery and hang in there. You got this!!!

You look GORGEOUS. Changing ones thinking and unlearning habits is no easy task. And for me it was a pain in the neck for the first 6 months (especially preparing meals in advance for the following day ...to take to work ect). But enough about me. I am so happy for you. Congrats!!

"I'd like to have a base of muscle when I get older and start to deteriorate." I love this reason!! I definitely want to slow down deterioration by taking preventative measures. Never a better time to start than now. Keep at it!!

While I am sorry to hear about the loss of your father, I am proud of how you took control of your life and health! Awesome transformation. You look so healthy and just radiate! I was a vegetarian for more than half my life and am assuming that is what you are doing? Well congrats!

When it comes to alcohol, I don't bounce back as fast as I used to. Kills motivation to push hard in my world. I love to lift so it had to go. That and to keep my health... Many here don't have an issue with fitting it in ect. So see what works for you.

Couldn't have said it better myself!! I have spent the past 4 years doing exactly this. Congrats to you and keep up the good work. Your a stunner!!!

Love your attitude! You got this.

That is very sensitive and kind of you to avoid "overshadowing" another persons weight loss accomplishment. But honestly, what type of person would react to your commitment and achievement with such an attitude towards you? Well, we are here to celebrate with you. Congrats love!!!
