I know it's easier said than done but the trick for me was working on all of my emotional ties with the kitchen. I absolutely internalized the fact that kitchen is the feeding grounds for physiological nutrition. I no longer seek any comfort or positive emotions in there. And this alone helped me immensely in reaching my…

OP; Take a look at this article: http://lifehacker.com/the-akrasia-effect-why-we-make-plans-and-dont-follow-t-1752799091

Just out of curiosity, what do you think his bf% is? Nowhere close means he's way off, are you suggesting he is something like 20% ?

Repeating @vespiquenn: The OP is not a bodybuilder and she's not doing strength training.

I didn't know that there were only two data points. That's a big mistake in my book. I'd suggest at least 5 data points for 20 days so you could at least get a clue of what's going on. What the OP is trying to do is called "dead reckoning". I'd suggest frequent weigh-ins.

When you have a long enough plateau even the trending weigh catches the real weight in around 15-20 days and you start falling behind in the forecasts of the application. Trending charts are great but they don't address the question.

Lunch box all the way, gotta set your priorities.

I've stopped looking for happiness and comfort in the kitchen. I pursue different areas of life for mental/physical satisfaction. This distinction saved my butt and helped me reach my goals.

It's not my duty to judge your reasons and speaking from personal experience 2 lbs per week is achievable if you have your diet and exercise on point. So 137 pounds is certainly doable in 5 weeks. Going further is unhealthy and most likely not doable. Set yourself a realistic goal, get a good meal plan & program and go for…

Seems like a regular butt to me.

Don't overthink, just set yourself a calorie & exercise goal and keep tracking this program until your set date. You'll see your results when you get there, I don't think you'll lose that much but you'll be in much better shape than today. (Last tip: Never take your elliptical machine's calorie calculator seriously.)

I'd look elsewhere for weight gain goals, for example nutrition. If you feel like you're suffering from low T that's a totally different subject; you should get it checked and the doctor will put you on TRT if it's necessary. Talking about supplements; most of these natural boosters are beneficial herbs but they're not…

Yeah, I heard that it could be due to water just wanted to double check this info. Just FYI, I haven't replaced any activity, calorie in/out levels were identical during this period.

Experiment with your calorie intake and your own results. I can't speak for anyone else- but for me; if I ate the calories the app suggested and overestimated my workouts like it does sometimes, I'd never lose anything.
