Hey!. So my hardest part was the eating.. and I felt I was pressuring myself to much with a whole "diet" so I slowly started replacing the bad with the cook, and didn't think of it has a "diet" but more of healthy if that makes sense.. I replaced the cookies with fresh fruit I finally can reach in my fridge and crap grapes…

Thank you guys!. All meant a lot. I do plan on eventually weighing myself I think I just need to build more confidence in myself and remember that it's just a number despite how I may feel. I've notice a difference in my clothes and just looking in the mirror I'm so proud of the progress I've made in a little over a month…

My biggest thing was not eating the right things when I was eating. It's gotten better I'm learning to eat breakfast and lunch I used to snack and then my big meal was dinner. But it's gotten a lot better since then. :)
