I'm in the same boat... I take Adderall 30MG XR and it seemed like it was suppressing my appetite, but recently I changed my diet to include more carbs and protein and less saturated fat/sugar. That seems to be helping as I'm averaging about 1/2lb - 1lb per week in gained weight.
