I usually have 5 egg whites with oatmeal( made on Stove, much creamier) or a Shake with tablespoon of chia seeds, flax and hemp hearts)

I had a pretty good day. I struggle on the weekend with staying within my caloric requirement. Had a great workout doing my shoulders and abs. Also , 30 mins of cardio. I am grateful for my husband as well that he makes it easy for me to go to the gym. Also, thankful for my loving boys.

I use a tablespoon of chia in my shakes along with flax and hemp seeds. I don't notice the sliminess of the chia at all.
