This week has been great overall. we sent some of our older kids to camp so it was quiet at home with just my 3 year old, doing more one on one things with him and i was able to make some good simple meals and log every day. my favorite was a reuben in a bowl recipe from the evolving table website. it will be allowing you more calories with the "active" option, so yes, it is sort of counting it twice. many people (and i've almost always done this) log calories burned as 1, so you're not eating back those calories.
