Started mid January 2015 at 5'3" and 242 lbs. Now at 172 lbs but "grown" to 5'4"! Think that joints and spine were compressed carrying excess weight + I can get a more accurate height measurement now bum fat doesn't get in the way. Would be happy to get down to 147 lbs or less which I've been told would be acceptable for…

I did the same - completely lost control for 3 weeks when I was not feeling well. Overeating and lack of exercise = a gain of 5.5lbs. Now back on track and this morning (15 days later) all the extra has gone. So don't worry , it's all behind you and just take one day at a time.
