I just had a turkey sandwich for dinner ;) . There are plenty of threads on the forum about breaking the plateau incase you get into one.30lbs is awesome. You can achieve anything you set your mind to.

You've done well so far. You haven't gained back too much. You can still take control. If you can, get yourself a pair of kitchen scales so you can weigh out your ingredients if you are cooking at home. One good tip is to have a small treat everyday. Have you been logging everything? Every gram of it? Yes you can retain more water when you are on your period even if you don't eat salt but 2-3 days after it's over you should see a difference.

You can do it. There are lot of success stories of people who have lost 100lbs+. They have really inspired me.

A lot of your symptoms sound exactly like when I had gallstones. I didn't know for about 4 years till I had a really bad episode of Cholecystitis. Had surgery( Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy) and although it didn't go as smooth as planned, a year later I have none of the symptoms anymore.

A water fast. Lost 30lbs in 21 days. Maintained the weight loss for 4 years till I got pregnant. Then I gained it all back. Plus some more. Wouldn't do it again.
