Thanks slimdownt, but that’s not it. I have been really good so far. Not even a treat. I weigh and log everything I eat....

I do it every morning. It's part of my morning ritual now :-)

I deal with that feeling "i want to eat" almost every day. And it's not because I'm hungry. Sometimes I give up and eat much more than I'm supposed to. (Few days ago it was more than 1000 cals over my 1390.) Luckily it didn't stop my weight lose.

I watched it. That 2 sisters were excercising. If it was to show how the diets work, shouldn't it be about diets only? With added excercise they burned calories... Or I didn't get why the doc took 2 of the pills if recommended is 1?

March 30th and can't wait! I bought one size too small dress on purpose. I'm about half way through and the dress fits better already, but few more kg down would make it perfect. Feel free to add me anyone

Hi. I'm getting married in March and my wedding dress is my motivation :-) feel free to add me to your friends

I'm a bit under 5'7" and my first goal is 64kg (about 141lbs?) but I would love to go back to my pre-children weight 60kg - 132lbs.

We have Nutribullet and Nutrininja at home and I prefer Nutribullet. The only reason is you don't have to hold it down to make it work. They both do a good job though

And me too :-)

I have until March, so enough time, but I want to take it slow this time. Hoping this way I'll actually stick with it. It needs to be atleast 5kg (11 lbs?) but ideally more. I would happily have it make smaller :-) It might not sounds as much to many, but in the past I straggled even with that little.

Hi. My name is Sarka. I'm starting again mainly because of my wedding - and the dress I bought a bit too small as a motivation...
