late to the party but happy for anyone to add me, graduated October 2015, still making slow and steady progress! Never quite hit my macros, but don't do too badly. Training has been mainly spinning, but am moving away from that and want to start 5X5 weights program next week :)

Hi guys, graduated back on October 13th, with great results. I finished the plan 7kg and 21.5 inches down, I then took 1 month measurements and had lost another kg and another 2.5 inches.
