Hello all , i have lost weight for the second time in my lifE. I AM 32 now. Okay so now i weight 60 kg. I want to reduce more. But for another 6 weeks i want to maintain. Please guide me about maintainence. I have hypothyroid. I want to maintain it strictly. Need friends
