If you like chemicals in your coffee (like me, LOL), and don't mind a chocolate flavor, I use half a packet/envelope of Nestle fat free cocoa mix in 1 huge mug of coffee. I add a few drops of chocolate flavored stevia as well. One envelope is 20 calories total. I do agree with others, super duper good quality black coffee…

A "treat" or "cheat meal" that stays within your calorie allowance should just be called "normal" eating ;). A "cheat" meal to me would be like an extra 450 calories just from wine, plus a little this and that... I could see one of these meals adding up to 2000 calories easily. Whatever works for the individual, though!…

For Asian soup noodles and stir fry, I actually prefer shirataki yam noodles. I would not use them at all for pasta dishes.

I don't log coffee or nibbles or even samples given away. However, I'm not trying to lose. If I were, I'd log as much as possible.
