Like others have said weigh your food, because you dont have a lot to lose its going to take a lot longer. But the rate you are losing is great!

Calorie deficit is the sure fire way to lose weight. Working out creates a bigger deficit but isn't necessary to lose weight.

I usually have 2 eggs either scrambled or over medium on a cup of spinach or sometimes wheat bread.
