I am 23 and have never had it, middle sister had hers done. I don't know if my younger sister has yet.

Start prioritizing gym time. Work out, and eventually he will see how happy you are being healthy and active and I am sure he will want to join you.

When I get stressed out or withdrawing from caffeine (Which I am currently doing) I like to sleep. I do what I need to do (Work, gym, make dinner, laundry, dishes) I may sit and color with some soft music going but often times I just want to take some motrin for the god-awful headache and go to sleep.

Input your height, weight and activity level and go with what MFP gave you. Give it a few weeks. No change? Then change the calories down.

I am still working on weaning myself down to black but right now I use a vanilla caramel coffee creamer that's about 30 calories a tablespoon.

Depends on how low carb you are going. Some veggies have really high carbs. What kind of dressing did you use? You have to be careful about that to.
