I also like baked apple. I also add walnuts and blueberries. I prefer to bake it in the oven as I'm trying to stay away from microwaving everything.

Weekdays I usually have porridge: oats, milk, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, blueberries

Protein pancakes with fruits: Cottage cheese Egg Oats Vanilla protein shake Seeds (chia etc.)
