I don't weigh myself that often at all. I weigh in a week to a few months! I'm not really sure of my weight loss rate. :o however I eat about 1200 calories a day. Awesome quote btw! :)

I don't like the cookies n cream one. They have an artificial taste imo. I only tried that flavor and the cookie dough one. The cookie dough one was better. I prefer the protein powders>the protein bars.

Do you count your calories/have a calorie deficit set? I read counting calories is important in weight loss. Do you use MFP calories burnt calculators for your workouts? I heard that sometimes that calculator isn't always accurate, and that you should maybe eat about 50% of the calories back.(that's what I read on the…

I also agree with eating out! When I want fast food and I calculate the calories for 1 meal... :o It's so hard! All I want is some fries!! Why are they so high in calories :/

When I read this thread title, I thought it was going to be about food I couldn't eat because I hated it lol. Anyway, chips ahoy cookies...or any whole pack of cookies. I need to buy the mini bags or I can devour the whole pack.

I would add a little grain maybe? If not grain, maybe something with minimal carbs? Carbs can keep you fuller, even if you don't eat much of it.

I try not to eat them all. However, I heard it's fine to eat them back. But I also heard MFP calories burnt is not always accurate, so I eat at most, half of the calories back.

Do you have a calorie deficit? I heard that those are beneficial in regards to losing weight. I'd say continue your routine with a calorie deficit. After I started counting calories, I noticed results. I used to work out very hard everyday and barely saw results but the calorie deficit helps.

Eat multiple, small meals throughout the day. Doesn't have to be limited to 3 big meals. Also, feel free to snack in moderation. You can eat small snacks throughout the day. This way you can eat more of what you want while reaching your goal. :)

I don't know your calorie goal, but if you are severely under your calorie goal, I'd say eat calorie dense foods(nuts,rice,pasta,carbs). you don't have to eat a lot of carbs, one serving if you want, but they are usually filling. Also, I recommend smoothie/juices, you can add bananas for more calories.

I agree with Avocado Toast!! Add a dash of salt and black pepper and It's really good! Also, adding a few pieces of avocado to a burger or salad also works well. And if you are a fan of guacamole, you can make that too. :)

Homemade Juice/Smoothie, Banana, Greek Yogurt, raisins, cranraisins, cherries, dried fruit, dark chocolate(?), eggs, tuna are some. Is coconut water not allowed in Keto? Because I would say keep the coconut water lol. ^ I second this. Miso soup is delicious and filling.

I agree. Make a large portion of something, log in the recipe in MFP recipe book, portion it and refrigerate :)
