I'm glad you understood where I was coming from. I didn't think my post would cause some of the negative statements I read but, most of the comments were positive and understanding. I appreciate those. :) I thought I was clear the first time, but I guess I just needed to clarify more haha

Thank you!!! I feel like some people didn't read clearly!! I said keyword "today" not "everyday" lmao. Thank you for understanding. I thought that some would understand that from the start, but it's like they didn't read clearly/didn't read at all. Lol

That's interesting. I've been plan to get a food scale. I usually never eat this low of a calorie amount. My goal is set higher and I usually meet it.

EDIT: I think I wasn't clear. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL DAY FOR ME. I usually meet my calorie goal daily. Today is a rare day where I don't feel hungry. I asked if I should eat despite not being hungry? I'm on this app to lose weight.. I don't purposely set my goal to 600 calories, otherwise there would be no point in posting…

This isn't a regular day for me. I don't eat 600 calories a day and feel "full". This is rare. I usually meet my calorie goal...some people can get full based on what they eat early in the day. For example if you eat a lot of carbs in the morning/lunch, you aren't going to as hungry. Also, I don't have any Ben and Jerrys..

May I ask what you mean by measuring intake? :) Do you mean measuring my calories or something else? If calories I go based on package.

I laughed so hard when I saw the "healthy" broccoli Oreos. LMAO I wouldn't eat that in a million years! Those fake flavors are definitely interesting.

Initially, yes! Everyday, my carbs are higher than the rest. I don't eat looks of grains. Turns out, it's pretty normal for people on a mainly plant-based diet. (that's what I heard at least lol) I know veggies have carbs but I didn't know they had that many carbs!

1/2 cup is 100 calories. So I would multiply by 7 giving me 700 calories in total? Or is it 7 servings per dish?

I started June 18 and lost 17.6 pounds so far. I try to weigh in every now and then but not too often lol :smile: Also, 1200 was keeping me full for months. Only recently, I started feeling more hungry and almost eating over my calorie goal. :o
