Initially, yes! Everyday, my carbs are higher than the rest. I don't eat looks of grains. Turns out, it's pretty normal for people on a mainly plant-based diet. (that's what I heard at least lol) I know veggies have carbs but I didn't know they had that many carbs!1

I never logged what I ate before I started losing weight, which is a shame, because it would have been interesting to know how I got to 270lbs over what exact timeframe and what was I eating.1

I'm astounded at my sodium intake.

I'm surprised that it is an effort to eat more protein.4

I can only guess how many carbs I used to eat. Maybe 75%-80% of my calories were in the form of carbs, and I was always hungry.1
