Hello! I'm trying to lose 50+ pounds! I'd say start slow and build your way up! I would say maybe do 5 minutes of walking/moderate speed on the treadmill and after the get yourself into a routine, add more minutes at a time.

I personally don't like working out on an empty stomach; it makes the workout harder imo. I either drink ginger green tea(nothing added) or coffee with a little skim milk/creamer. That gives me a bit of energy.

Do you work everyday? Maybe you can add 30 minute workouts in between?(If you have time) Since you are on your feet all the time, you are keeping active. But I think the little workouts may help you sleep easier?

When I started working out/counting calories, I gave up coffee until today. Today I drunk coffee with low-calorie skim milk, no sugar. I feel like I had alot of energy haha

Well, I actually eat a bit more calories because at the end of the day, I'm pretty hungry lol. I aim for 1,200 calories a day tho because the app says if I want to lose 2 pounds a week(?) I need to eat in this calorie range.

Last year, I ate a lot of tuna while dieting. Low calorie and not bad. But now I don't like tuna lol.

The leftovers are from a restaurant. I didn't log in the leftovers the first time I ate it, because I didn't know the calorie amount. After working out, I wanted something low in calories but satisfying enough to hold me off until next meal. That's why I wanted to know the calorie amount. Thank you for the suggestions!
