Glad to see this thread. I have a big apron and I'm try g to do everything I can to help it including dry brushing and salt scrubbing. But I'm not too optimistic that it's going to go away, but hoping to make it smaller with the weight loss.

I hit the 50 pound mark yesterday! I'm 5'7". It took exactly 6 months. I have a long way to go but I consider this a big milestone :). Couldn't have done it without this app. Makes watching what you eat so easy. Exercise is my biggest change. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do 6.5 miles on the elliptical in 65 mins +…

Exercise! Started with 1 mile on the elliptical and now up to 6.5 in 65 minutes + 30 minutes on the treadmill. I do that 3-4 times a week. On non-gym days I try to get 10,000 steps.

My Fitbit Flex only counted about half my steps on the elliptical when I wore it in my wrist. I switched to wearing it on my hip and it counts every step!
