I used to think the same until I did some research, if your struggling to gain weight you need to eat more, just keep eating as much as you can and gradually increase it, liquid calories can help to make you feel less full you can get 1000 calories in with one shake if you add protein, milk, oats, banana, coconut oil.

5ft8 155lbs- Deadlift 150kg Squat 100kg Bench - hard to 1rm when you train alone so I'd be guessing. Recently back in the gym after a 2 year back injury so numbers are improving every week and gains are coming back ☺️
