  • "Low" means "net carbs" (carbs-fiber) under 20g/day. Ketogenics does not allow any carbs, all 20g of those carbs comes mostly from vegetables. At 260 lbs 6'5", in Ketostatis I work out with heavy lifting for 2-3 hours each day, and I can tell you my energy levels only rise.
  • Just checked out your food diary @KacieHetrick , and from what I can tell you're still pretty high in carbs, averaging around 50g of carbs a day.
