a two pac, a nice butt and more than 5 hours of sleep would be nice.

5'6" current weight is 149 would like to be anywhere from 125-135 depending on the amount of muscle mass I have. Striving for a two pac but so far only got a one pac of rolls.

Okay because a few people told me to drink 8 bottles a day and it would just thought that was excessive

I like to eat 4 meals a day, with snacks in between, I'm never hungry and never over eat anymore which i used to do quite frequently. Never eat after 8:00, other than that just eat healthy and stay under your calorie limit and you'll lose weight!
