AOS Providence done. Break after round 9 for a 2hr conference call.....surprisingly the last few rounds were much easier than normal :) Somehow or other I have injured my big toe so had to go only body weight on the lunges. Hopefully I can tone down my candy consumption today.

Spent yesterday cramming my face with candy. The kids can measure the candy they got in lbs.....plural. Need to stay away...

This made me giggle (assuming this is an autocorrect of Jim Stoppani). Which phase are you doing? I have often looked at the bodybuilding.com programs but never pulled the trigger on them (mainly because I lack the barbells and squat cage they all seem to require :)). Curious how it works out for you.

Yoga today and tennis yesterday. Took a set off my wife for the first time in......well maybe ever. Today the rains have started and forecast is rain for at least the next 10 days. :( Welcome winter

AOS Providence done. Ate TERRIBLY yesterday stopped logging but completely lost the plot easy 2 to 3 thousand calories over my goal.....on the plus side carbo loading seems to work because I crushed my workout this morning (3 more just like it and i will have worked off yesterday :/ ). Providence is 2min on per round and 1min off between rounds. Different exercise each rd. Its not like 10 circuit style rounds or 10 rds of the same exercise. Normal is 14 rounds or 15 if you do the bonus so 10 is cutting out pretty early...stupid conference calls. :)

First "official" week done of the #myfitsquad challenge. 4 good days, 3 not so good days. Scale is all over the board but on average down a couple pounds since the start.
