I just went in to look at gastric balloon, they recommended gastric sleeve, but I have to be on a weight program for 6 months. Might as well MFP and lose the 50 pounds I want to in those 6 months and forego surgery!

Great post. I am 2 months in recovery after a 5 month relapse. I need to lose 50 to 60 pounds. Let's do this!
