You really need to give a new way of eating some time. Average weight loss is between 1-2 lbs a week. Sometimes the scale may not move but you may be losing inches. Take "before" pictures and take measurements. Take them again every month or so and compare. You may just amaze yourselves.

When I first started keto I didn't count calories at all. I tracked carbs, and ate healthy fats with moderate protein. While your body is transitioning I think this is ok. I try pepperoni, babybel, hard boiled eggs, my own 1/2 and 1/2 or Heavy Whipping cream (if you like it in coffee or tea) nuts (pre portioned), Epic has a couple good meat snack...siraccha chicken is pretty good (a lot of the others have higher carbs). hope this helps…

Since I have been low carb/keto for awhile I don't do high fat coffee anymore but I used to add 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of butter and collagen powder and whip it in a blender (a frother stick would probably work too).
