I had my baby last March and have managed to lose 57 pounds :) I'm 5'11" and am currently 167 pounds. I'm trying to get down to 145 or so by the end of July. My highest weight was 224. I'm always looking for motivation, especially now that I'm at a plateau. Add me :)

The best advice I could give you is to start slowly! Maybe when you wake up, take a 5 minute walk and then start increasing it when you start feeling better. And portion control really is the key! You could also do some squats at work! Start with just 5 and then start increasing the amount you do :) you could do them at…

Thank you everyone! It's hard to just rest when you're used to a daily workout routine, but I guess rest is more important right now. I will try light walking and see how I feel afterwards. Definitely don't want to get any sicker!
