Hi All! I am about 5'3 and gain weight very easily! It is so frustrating. I am looking to lose about 30lbs, but I also want to keep my muscle mass, so I will aim to lose slowly. Feel free to add me too! I love the idea of this thread.

I do a mix of morning and evening workouts. Although I feel great after working out in the morning, it is a real struggle for me to wake up that early. But I also use exercise as a stress reliever, and it can be wonderful to go for a run or lift some weights after a stressful day at work. I agree with what has been posted…
