For women 21-33% is considered a healthy range, you can measure fat with a body fat caliper. It measure fat on the fold of the skin. Some gyms offer them for a charge. It's about £20 in the UK

It's not an easy question to answer because everyone has a different perspective. It also depends on your goals and what you are trying to achieve. For me personally, I've set a goal of 12% body fat.

From pervious comments you probably realise you can't spot reduce fat, however... Squats, lunges, leg press are always a good idea.

Why would you want to eliminate tasty carbs from a diet when you can lose weight in a calories deficit? I did keto for a while, realised I missed rice. Is that a fair disadvantage?

Dont worry, I had a KFC, peri peri chicken and rice, 4 slices of toast a bowl of cornflakes and 2 hot cross buns plus 2 milkshakes today. It's all good, you just let it go and move on
