Protein shakes, also food that is calorifically dense but manageable, such as a banana or nuts.
-
They help some people, for others like myself, they're a fad I can't wait to see the back of.

Gears of war 4

A can of tuna has 40g of protein in it.. I don't know how easy you wanted to go, put a can opener and fork is about as easy as it gets.
-
How many calories are you eating a day? Are you exerisising? 1600 carries a day seems pretty good based on your height.
-
Easy, just take steroids.
-
Yeah it works, but is it necessary? That's a different question. Our modern diet consists primarily of carbohydrates, so what do you think happens when you remove it from your diet? Your basically limiting calories significantly. Never seen the point, if your lifting heavy much better to have glycogen available.

MfP calculates it based on a simple model which doesn't account for weight and other factors. Use a third party gadget like fit bit.

Everyone has a perfect ideal, some people like skinny, some people like curvy... And some people even like a little further than that. What's important, is that you are happy and healthy in your own skin, and yoga sounds pretty fun to me.

I like mine with a kiss
-
That's good, but why limit yourself? Grains are good for you and dairy has its place...
-
My thought is irrelevant because I represent one person. Are you happy with your body? Are you healthy?

Just as I'm about to tuck into my home made lasagne, many thanks dear.

I'm scratching my head as to how this is a violation...

Anal leakage? Even that sounds too disturbing for me...

Don't throw coconuts at the Donald, that may cause severe head injuries...

It's not political, it only gets political when grenades are involved.

She's not losing 5lbs a week... I understand what you're saying but the maths are very important..
-
Where did you get 5 hours a day from? I read she was only doing an hour a day... 5 hours a day is obviously a serious concern.
-
Your body weight will fluctuate more as a female because of water retention, I doubt you have out on 4lbs of weight in a week.. Also, it's generally never a goood idea to go by weight, go by how you loook instead.
-
I still don't see this as wrong.. 800 calories a day is a huge deficit but it's not starving. If she is able to eat enough good food and exercise and doesn't suffer from any side effects I don't see the problem.
-
Putting on muscle in a deficit is possible... To begin with. Once your body adopts and your muscles near their elasticity potential, putting on muscle in a deficit is borderline impossible.
-
How do you come to that conclusion? We've already established she's losing over the recommended weekly rate but 1200 is far from starvation. It completely depends on what her calories consist of.
-
This is a silly argument, your replacing a very dangerous habit with the potential for weight gain. Think about how much more you can run If you didn't smoke?
-
That's pretty good going, works out about 3.5lbs a week which is a little over the recommended. As long as your eating right there's nothing wrong with it.

Will Donald Trump be assinated Is Donald Trump a psychopath.
-
20lbs by summer is very achievable. 2lbs a week and no more is the ideal. Unfortunately quick and safe are too different things, in your case a simple calorie controlled diet Is enough with moderate exercise.

Squats, hack squats, lunges, wall sits... Your welcome
