Where I live in Ohio Kroger sells the best peanut butter. it is called Roasted peanuts with honey. Serving size 180 calories and 11 gym carbohydrates. I eat a sandwich every day

Update found out I have type 2 diabetes. Trying not to eat cake, cookies, chocolate etc. needing to make lifestyle changes. Have been tracking since June 2017
