Hi there. I’ve been vegetarian for 20 years and know a thing or two 😂 happy to help with anything. I would advise just to keep your calories on point and keep a close eye on the macros. I can find my protein can be lacking so I find it easy to supplement that with a shake. Personally I think Keto is a bit too restrictive…

Try a protien shake. I get sore easily as I have a joint condition and find I can’t move if don’t have one. BCAA’s are another one to try that help aid muscle recovery.

Like someone else suggested about saving everytime you miss a starbucks, save the money and get a coffee maker for home (if you dont already have one). I know you said you’re not fussed on coffee but having a machine that can do the work for you will stop you going there so much
