How do you work out activity level. Some days at work I do 7000 steps. Other days I do 10-12,000.

Hi guys. I was using calorieKing with little result. Started using this app and I have lost 2.1kg in 5 days. Hoping it keeps coming off. I've selected the 1 kg per week weight loss. Hoping to lose another 14 kgs

Good luck. You will properly find looking after Bub keeps you busy enough exercise wise. I've found that following the calorie intake is enough for me to lose weight as I too have a hard time finding the time to exercise due to work. I'm sure you will get to your goal. Your already half way there
