I kind of do the same. I have an album in my phone titled "Motivational Photos." Its got old photos of me when i was much bigger, and photos of people that make me wanna lose weight, celebrity bodies and just randoms off pinterest that i want to look like, ill go through that album to keep myself going!

I loke to deink crystal light flavoured water whn im feeling hungry and dont want to over eat. I also like to think about where i will be in 3,6,12 months if i can keep gling with my goals and where i might end up if i dont.

Hey! Also losing pregnancy weight. I gained 60lbs, ive lost almost 30 so have another 30 to go and then once i hit that goal i might try to lose another 10-15. After my first pregnancy i also gained 60 and managed to lose a total of 70 but it took 4 yrs and this time my goal is 30 lbs by June 1st! I found this awesome…

I was 40lbs lighter but ive also had a baby 1 month ago so thats where the weight has come, definately did not think a year ago i would have a one month old baby, hopefully next year when we are looking back to today i can say im 40lbs lighter!

I have my staple foods, tuna, cheese strings, eggs, chicken and turkey in different forms (ground, breast, wing, turkey sausage!), salad veggies, and when youre craving bread try the muffin in a minure recipe! Its pretty darn good!

Just had my baby girl 3 weeks ago, i gained 60 lbs with her! Ive lost 22 but looking to lose another 45-50. Starting weight was 225, im now 203 and want to be around 155-160 hopefully in 6 months, right in time for summer!

To make my boyfriends ex girlfriends jealous ;) to get back to how i looked and felt before getting pregnant (had my beautiful baby girl 3 weeks ago), to be able to wear a bathing suit next summer and take my kids to the beach!

hello! Just joined MFP today! I just had my daughter 3 weeks ago! I started at 165lbs when i got pregnant, gained 60 lbs and now im down 22 lbs currently sitting at 203! Hoping to get down to 150! We can do this!
