I'm a SAHM aswell but only have 1 kid at home the other is at school. At the moment I'm nearing the end of P90X and am looking for my next DVD program to follow hopefully something shorter than the 1hr DVDs of P90X.

I did this program called 12WBT and we were allowed a cheat meal one day a week. On that day you weren't allowed to have snacks whereas every other day you have your b'fast,snack,lunch,snack,dinner. I found that worked for me as if I had a whole cheat day I'd probably blow all the hard work Iv done that week

I don't deal with it at all. I'll whinge poor me but no one cares plus Iv got young kids to look after so I don't have time to be sick (even when I am sick....if that makes sense).
