UFC fit
Has anyone tried this? Is it worth it and how long are the workouts. I'm nearing the end of p90x and am already thinking ahead.

Anyone using it? I don't mind the workouts but are their calories burned at the end of the workout just an estimate. I did a stretch for 5 mins and it said I burnt 21cals where my hrm said 8cals. It also said the whole workout I did I burnt 387cals where my hrm said 401. So do I just go off my hrm??

What's your go to breakfast before a workout?
I'm interested to hear what everyone else is eating. If it's super early I'll just have a coffee but if it's abit later I'll add a banana or a slice of rye with pb and banana

Or vice versa. 2 days a week Iv started working out twice a day. Does it matter which one I do first?

How many calories to consume if I'm working out 2 X a day?
My stats are: 34y female 160cm 62.5kgs I currently consume 1300cals a day and I try to workout 5-6 days a week. I do 1 PT session a week and at the moment I'm doing P90X. What to do when you have unhealthy visitors?
Ok so there are 2 other adults in my household who don't care about their weight and that's easy for me to handle. But then I have my mum and her partner coming for a visit for 1.5 weeks and their even worse with their eating habits. How would you handle it? I know I need the willpower!!!!

I effed up big time
So my plan was to go easy over Xmas with food and drink.....didn't happen. I'm pretty down on myself as I was way over my calories for the past 4 days and I didn't workout for 3 days.
