Anyone using it? I don't mind the workouts but are their calories burned at the end of the workout just an estimate.
I did a stretch for 5 mins and it said I burnt 21cals where my hrm said 8cals. It also said the whole workout I did I burnt 387cals where my hrm said 401.
So do I just go off my hrm??

I've used the app before, but I'm sure that their calorie figures are more an estimate.
It's not saying your HRM is leaps and bounds more reliable, but I would rely on the numbers from the HRM more because it is actually connected to me, and monitoring what's going on.
Maybe my rationale is off, but that's how I view it.0
