Anyway the front of my thighs are stiff as. It's hurts to walk, stretch. My right shoulder and tricep is the same. It hurts to stretch it straight out to the side and even do arm circles. I really want to workout so what can I do? I have an elliptical machine???

I'm s big stirfry fan. Can eat it for dinner nearly everyday of the week. If u don't eat other veggies try a meat, mushrooms with brown rice/wholemeal noodles with soy sauce

Yes but it didn't show it for some reason. It's been over 1 week and my triceps are still sore especially when I have to do any kind of tricep exercises. Will the pain go away? Is there anything I can do or take to make the pain go away?

Yeah I'm half way through p90x for the 2nd time. The 1st time I made it to week 9. I like the workouts but hate that their so long. I don't have a pull up bar or bands so substitute with rows and reverse rows (that's what I googled to substitute anyway). I really want to see it through as I didn't the last time. Next is…
