I don't know what happened last week, but I didn't remain focused on my weight loss goal. Went out for lunch/dinner 4 days out of 7, and didn't make health choices. Only exercised 1 day. I had to pass up some breakfast tacos and donuts during a morning work meeting. Then later in the morning I went to grab some water from the break room, and saw all the left over breakfast tacos and donuts again.... passed those up again.
