When I'm sick, unless there's a natural diastase, I ain't moving is not me. I push through. Don't exercise when sick though unless a cold. To me above the neck happens so often it doesn't get the pleasure of being called a sickness.

I know right. This one; "Don't eat after 6pm." While I was in school. Didn't eat school food because of reasons, didn't eat breakfast, stayed after school for tutoring and actitivies. I didn't get home until 7:30pm. I guess that was good advice and would've worked but I like not starving.

I'll allow to matience calories once a week. Then back to restricting calories you go. It helps me out. And keeps me from binging. My body so my rules. Multiple reasons actually. Most females in my family are obese. So I got on the scale one day and said "I don't want to be like my mom." Plus I like fitting into clothes from middle school. (I haven't grown since 6th grade.) Can't do that if I maintain this weight. Who said the reasons had to be selfless?

I'll take a crack at it. This will certainly be helpful. Plus accountability helps. I get hungrier at night so no doubt it'll be difficult but I can do it. 9pm sounds like a good deadline for the snacking. :)
