I always under estimate how many calories whatever machine says I burned. They can't be 100% right. If it says I burne 400 calories, I assume it was more like 200 or 250.

When I ask someone a question, and they don't reply for like, 20 seconds. At least say "UM..." so I know you freaking heard me. Drives me inSANE.

I may be nuts, but I've been using a little of my ROC deep wrinkle cream on my stomach after I saw what great results I had using it on my face.

I weigh myself first thing in the morning, and then after I use the restroom and strip down. Even my socks come off. I like to see if it changes at all lol.

I weigh daily, first thing "my morning" (5-6pm. I work night shift), naked, after using the restroom. Actually, sometimes I weigh before and after I use the restroom...because I'm obsessive like that lol

Hmm, not sure yet. Christmas is with my fiance's family this year. Soo, whatever meats and cheeses I can find. Veggies too. Probably no sweets or alcohol. Might make a keto cheesecake to bring along or something.

This is dinner tonight. Fried up Black Forest ham with a Colby jack and kerrygold sweet cheese omelette (can't remember the name right now) and a Coke Zero followed by some mint tea and tons of water! For a snack later I have almonds and black olives.

If you find you aren't losing, that number might be too low. I know, I sometimes think I need a lower number to see a bigger loss but sometimes that's just not true. I don't know, tbh. A sort of "you're worth it" reward I gave myself for even starting and losing 2lb was a much needed hair cut.

Started at 184, today I'm 181.8 I know it's water weight, but it was nice to see a drop. I know lots of people shake their heads at this, but I tend to weigh daily. Seeing the drops and rises, depending on what I eat, how much, and if I exercise or not helps me continue to make good choices.

I had one the other night. Initially it was great, because I haven't had anything sweet in 3 days, but later on it didn't taste as great. I ended up only eating half.

I usually go for keto bombs tbh (If I'm really lazy, or just don't want something cold, I just put 1-2 tbsp of PB in one of those little spice cups, throw in some coconut oil, then microwave it and top it with some sea salt. Holds me over pretty well). Or meat and cheese, or some almonds and cheese.
