I had it set to 17g because I couldn't find a 20g. That's what the ketocalculator had me put it at. So it says 17, but I always add up to 20. Do you think that's too low, even? Did you do it healthily? Because even when I was counting calories and doing cardio 2-3 times a day I didn't even lose that much. Just asking.

Go pick yourself up some jugs of water. Use those. When they get easy, fill them with sand. Go Strongman style and start flipping tires on your back yard lol. Use your own body weight. Get a kettleball or pick up a set of weights at the store. I dunno lol.

No, was just interested in learning more about it. The starving and alcoholic risk factor was also news to me. We all meet different people in the weight loss world, so it only stands to reason that we'll eventually meet someone with an ED or an alcoholic, and maybe now armed with this knowledge we can help educate them.
