  • I don't think I need to get rid of them entirely, I just know that sugar is definitely inhibiting my weight loss because of how much of it I use. Mainly in my coffee. I'm just struggling on how to cut down the sugar, I guess sweeteners is really my only choice since plain coffee to me is so gross.
