I saw what you posted and I am feeling some of the same symptoms. I am feeling weak and joint pain. I don't have energy or in to much pain I guess to work out. I am in 3rd week now and hoping this gets better? I like effects of weight loss and I don't want to give up yet but I'm struggling.

I have been on Contrave for a couple weeks but I'm taking it separate Wellbutrin and naltrexone and I am having major joint pain. My back, neck and shoulders are killing me. Anyone else? Even my gums hurt?
