  • I've never been able run a mile. Even in high school I would cheat and take a break behind the bleachers. Well this summer decided I would improve my cardio. I ran my mile the other day at 6.5 mph in under 10 minutes and when I stepped off someone asked if I ran track for the school, and that's my NSV.
