I didn't even realize these threads were still here, that blank profile pic above me is a solid 9.

Not that helpful, but I also skate and there is something about seeing a skater with some muscles rather than skin and bones ;) More helpful, strength training has great benefits aesthetically but also as you age, think osteoporosis prevention and such.

Keep an eye on the symptoms if they start to happen more frequently. Could definitely be dehydration, lack of carbs, etc. That said, I had similar symptoms once and it led down a long road of medical tests as they got more frequent, then worse over time. Initially I thought it might be dehydration. I would never speculate…

Heat has gotten to me worse than it used to, as I get older (mouthvomit). I have been skinny and overweight in adulthood and still sweat like a pig. Attractive, I know

Pretty much any moisture wicking fabric will do the trick for the sweat. That said, I really do like Under Armour and Nike gym clothes. I have stuff from Walmart that functions just as well though. As far as the leggings go...don't wear them unless you think you'd be comfortable in them.

I read this and thought "please be male, please be male!!!!" It took me literally 3 years to go from low bench numbers to being able to rep 135.

I usually just eat the unmeasured food without an ounce of guilt.

This is how I eat all the time, is this wrong?

It's not this place that attracts Keto people, it's just the "hot" thing right now. Calories in calories out. When most people cut carbs it results in a calorie cut because they are not longer eating full bags of Doritos and sacks of white potatoes and cake and stuff.

SMORES! Particularly the chocolate covered ones...not the sandwich ones that are sold in some states, which are also delicious, but not that special. Can you tell I just ate some?

I am just as lost as you are on this one. To the OP, you need to eat the calories allotted to you by myfitnesspal. The deficit for weight loss is already built in. If you are a little confused on what the deficit is, set your account to see what you would need to eat to maintain your current weight. You can then subtract…

My boss thought a new client said his last name was "Buffoon" on the phone, so he asked him, "how do you spell that, I couldn't quite hear you." Obviously I didn't know what was happening until he recounted the story to the rest of the office and I was like (in snooty voice) "Oh, I'm sorry sir, I didn't quite catch that,…

I can echo what everyone above said as far as weight loss truly happening in the kitchen. Exercise is great for other reasons, but not required to lose weight. Focus on losing one pound a week (I wouldn't go more aggressive as your body needs nutrients to heal. If you can, do the upper body parts of the workouts from a…

I also follow 5/3/1 and love that the deload weeks tend to be enough "rest" to keep me going without major breaks. That said, when I am really sick I will actually take time off to recover instead of trying to just push through. To me the only downfall of time off is getting horrific DOMS as if I am a newb anytime I take…
