Been her for a while, but really trying to lose weight. I have dietary restrictions, and autoimmune issues so it’s been a real struggle. I need low oxalates, low sodium, and GF foods. I have increased cardio a lot and plan on adding strength training too. I am looking for positive peeps to help each other on this weight…

Totally add me !! Looking to get healthy! Last time I got serious about health my Nan passed away. The second time around, my mom got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Still putting up the good fight. However, I am just trying to get healthy in this mizzmy of a world.

Hang in there! I have Behcet's and am dealing with a messed up left leg since March. I keep pushing through and using RICE on my aching parts.
