I love my Fitbit. I have a change HR now, but had the Flex before, and Fitbit One was my first one. You're not alone. This is my 4th time also. I have lost 50lb several years ago, only to gain back even more. I'm at my all time heaviest now and looking to lose 100 lb. journey seems so long, but starting with the short-term goal of 31 lb to get me below 200 lb. feel free to add me :blush:
