That's what I think too! I bought the book as it was only £8 to have a go at the menu and then experience for the rest of the month with his HITT videos on YouTube and see how I feel by the end of the month! :)

Thank you :) I had a look, I'm not a fan of any kind of plan that makes you cut out things like carbs! Yeah it is expensive which is why I'm not rushing into getting it! I've watched his YouTube videos and looked at the foods he cooks and they look really good! So I'm was just wanting to ask for people's experiences :)

I love that we all have very similar goals! For me, I want to feel good about myself and getting started is the hardest part! I started my weigh ins beginning of February and it's not really going anyway! So far I've lost 2.5lbs, it's having that motivation to start and keep going but I love giving myself little challenges…

Haha I know! It's not a realistic goal and even if you can do it, it's not maintainable! I'm only 5"3 and I'm 164lbs which puts me at nearly obese (although fitness wise, I'm above average as I do play a lot of sport) I want to be down to 140 by September but first goal is under 160 as I seem to be stuck here haha!

I've added all you ladies as friends :) the hardest bit I find is starting and sticking to it! My mental strength to resist stuff is just not there haha I love food too much!
